Our unique appetizer crusts are the perfect foundation for hors d’oeuvre and canapé creations. The crusts feature our traditional pizza dough and are par-baked so you need to cook only long enough for your toppings to get golden brown and bubbly.

We offer three sizes, 2-inch Mini-Cocktail with a small border, 2½-inch Cocktail, and 3½-inch Pizzette with a high raised edge.
